Nandkunverba Balashram Trust is registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act.1950 and established since more then 100 Years. The Trust is working for the better upbringing of orphan children reestablishment of the better society. The organization was established and was a dream of by late Maharaja Shri Bhavsinhji of Bhavnagar state since the year 1918. From all these years this organization has brought up many orphan children and guided them to find a place in the society as well as by arranging marriage and providing them a family in the society. From the past several years along with social with social awareness, the organization is developing on a consistent basis. It has also achieved recognition from government for best activities in the field of child welfare. It has got special importance among all other social organizations of Gujarat. The aim of the institution to see that these children get all-round development and hence they are given education by admitting them in good educational institute, so they may be able to stand on the own feet in future. In the last two to three years result of children of this organization are in the leading position in the board examination, Similarly progress of the children in the field of music is also remarkable. Physical health of children is also being well maintained by scouting activities. This institute has succeeded in fulfilling the dreams of the late maharaja saheb. Moreover computer classes have been established to help children represent themselves in this era of education. Bhavsinhji poly technical institute and leading government institutes have provided courses with government certificate to the children within organization campus. There are facilities like indoor-outdoor game, T.V., D.V.D, Tape Recorder etc. available for entertainment of children. For table tennis also separate room is allocated and facility of basket ball is also available.
